Special Education Specialist 

Special Education Module:

I am so excited to be taking this course! I am really eager to develop my skills in special education. I just love working as a special education teacher. I truly feel that it is my niche! 

In module 1 we were asked to record our goals for this course. 
These are my goals:
  1. I want to learn about different models of program planning for next year. 
The areas of need are:
 
Resource acquisition
Creating a unity between programs (per year)
Supporting teachers and students with IEPs (writing and implementing)
Supporting EA with training
Behavioural -self-regulation and positive behavior plans 
Working with SLP
 
What is the best schedule look like for meeting the needs these needs
 
 
  1. Gain more practical knowledge on current best practices for SERTS.
